My purpose is to inform my audience but also to grab their attention. That is why I am using a poster but also trying to combine the emotional element by writing a poem.

I generally assume that my audience has general knowledge about my topic or knows very little at all. Some assumptions may be some negative connotations with Palestinians, Arabs, or Muslims.

I will connect with my audience by using the poetic element and maybe incorporating some personal stories.

I believe that working in a simple text format will be sufficient enough for my needs however other modes would entirely be possible and probably encouraged.

I enjoy descriptive story telling (mostly of the Middle East) and I find that I'm pretty good at that element of writing.
